RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA #): Please contact us via e-mail or call 1-888-317-1256 to request a Return Authorization Number. If emailing, indicate the reason for your return and put "RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER REQUEST" in the subject. Returns will not be accepted without a RA #. Once you receive your RA # include your name, address, phone number, copy of receipt or invoice with shipment so we can process the return quickly. Write the RA # on the carton and the copy of the invoice or packing slip in the carton.
We will refund your order upon receipt of your returned product. Please note shipping charges will be credited if it is a result of our error. For returned items, a 10% restocking fee may apply.
Products that are refused when carriers attempt to deliver are charged a 10% Re-Stocking fee plus shipping charges.
