Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed online will be process the next business day. Cut off time for express shipments is 12 PM ET. For shipping-related questions, please call 1-800-600-4111 Monday through Thursday 9:00am –5:30pm and Friday 9:00am –4:30pm EST. Please note that orders may be shipped from separate distribution centers, so you may receive more than one shipment.

Privacy & Security

BluSand Beauty does not share your information, such as email addresses, payment information, nor telephone numbers with third parties. Contact information is required for BluSand Beauty to communicate with customers if there is an inquiry regarding the order.

Returns & Replacements

RETURN POLICY Please notify us within 5 days of receipt of your order. * Discrepancies should be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your order * Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA#) * Re-Stocking Fee of 10% may be applied * Used or Washed items are not returnable unless proven to be defective.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA #): Please contact us via e-mail or call 1-800-600-4111 to request a Return Authorization Number. If emailing, indicate the reason for your return and put "RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER REQUEST" in the subject. Returns will not be accepted without a RA #. Once you receive your RA # include your name, address, phone number, copy of receipt or invoice with shipment so we can process the return quickly. Write the RA # on the carton and the copy of the invoice or packing slip in the carton.

RETURNS: We will refund your order upon receipt of your returned product. Please note shipping charges will be credited if it is a result of our error. For returned items, a 10% restocking fee may apply.

REFUSED ORDERS: Products that are refused when carriers attempt to deliver are charged a 10% Re-Stocking fee plus shipping charges.

BluSand Beauty orders can be placed either on our website or over the phone by calling 1-800-600-4111. If you are reordering and are unsure of what you previously ordered, we will be glad to inform you.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Orders placed either on the website or over the phone require a valid credit card as payment. Checks or cash are not accepted. Retail pricing is non-negotiable.
