Shipping & Handling
- Orders placed online will be processed within 2 business days.
- All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after processing except pre-orders.

- Please note that orders may be shipped from separate distribution centers, so you may receive more than one shipment.
Return Policy
- Please notify us within 3 days of receipt of your order.
- Discrepancies should be reported within 48 hours after receiving your order.
- Kindly send us photos or videos of the product for our assessment and references.
- Only defective items are eligible for return. If an order was placed in error or you have changed your mind, please contact us to request cancellation before delivery.
- If a non-defective order is returned after failing to cancel before shipment, the original shipping fee cannot be refunded, and a 10% restocking fee will be applied to cover processing.
- Used or Washed items are not returnable unless proven to be defective.
- Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
- Please contact us via e-mail at info@blusand.com or call 1-800-600-4111 to request a Return Authorization Number. If emailing, indicate the reason for your return and put "RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER REQUEST" in the subject.
- Returns will not be accepted without a RA #. Once you receive your RA # include your name, address, phone number, copy of receipt or invoice with shipment so we can process the return quickly. Write the RA # on the carton and the copy of the invoice or packing slip in the carton.
- Upon receiving the returned product, your refund will be processed. Shipping charges will be credited for returns due to defects or our error. A 10% restocking fee may apply to other returned items.
