Shipping & Handling
Orders placed online will be processed within 2 business days. All Orders placed are shipped within 1-3 business days after processing. For any shipping-related questions, please call 1-800-600-4111 Monday - Thursday 9:00am – 5:00pm and Friday 9:00am –4:00pm EST. Please note that orders may be shipped from separate distribution centers, so you may receive more than one shipment.
Please notify us within 5 days of receipt of your order. * Discrepancies should be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your order * Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA#) * Re-Stocking Fee of 10% may be applied * Used or Washed items are not returnable unless proven to be defective.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA #): Please contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-800-600-4111 to request a Return Authorization Number. If emailing, indicate the reason for your return and put "RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER REQUEST" in the subject. Returns will not be accepted without a RA #. Once you receive your RA # include your name, address, phone number, copy of receipt or invoice with shipment so we can process the return quickly. Write the RA # on the carton and the copy of the invoice or packing slip in the carton.
We will refund your order upon receipt of your returned product. Please note shipping charges will be credited if it is a result of our error. For returned items, a 10% restocking fee may apply.
Products that are refused when carriers attempt to deliver are charged a 10% Re-Stocking fee plus shipping charges.
